PRODUCT : Dairy Water Boilers
DAIRY WATER BOILERS.

With the demand for hygiene standards increasing, and due to become even more stringent, it is even more important that dairy farmers are able to wash all milking equipment to the best possible hygiene standards. As chemicals on their own have been proven to be unable to remove fat residues from milking equipment, the only other alternative is to use hot water. As more and more stainless steel is used in milk lines within a milking installation it is more necessary to use boiling water to wash these milk lines, as the stainless steel acts as a heat exchanger and very quickly cools hot water which circulates through them. Correct cleaning is best achieved by using hot water. A PEARSON dairy water boiler will produce hot water at a temperature of 100 degrees centigrade (boiling). Domestic pressurized water heaters will not heat water beyond approx. 75 degrees centigrade and are less suitable for washing milking machines.
